Beacon Point Road House is an on-going project with the brief to make subtle changes to the interior in the spirit of its architect Ted McCoy. The house was designed in 1995 using Oamaru stone, plaster, steel, terracotta, and solid timbers. Starting with the bathrooms we have re-introduced honest, natural materials and have used them to describe the rounded forms that intersect the house.
